Already running rentals?
Ask us anything. We'd rather you know.
Do I need to own a property to start a rental business?
No. You'll learn to work with property owners: they rent you the property, you run it as a short-term rental. It's the model The Flex was built on.
Is running a short-term rental business legal where I live?
Rules differ by city and country. The course shows you how to check the rules for your area and what to agree with an owner, before you sign anything.
Can I keep my job while doing the course?
Yes. The course is self-paced and the live sessions are scheduled for after work. Most people start alongside a full-time job.
How long is the course?
[Duration to be confirmed with the course team.] It's self-paced, so you move at the speed your schedule allows, with live sessions after work.
How much money do I need to start?
It depends on your city and the property. The free webinar walks through a real first-rental budget, so you know the numbers before you decide anything.
Is the webinar a sales pitch?
Partly, and we say so. Most of it teaches how the business works. The last part presents the course. You leave with something useful either way.
I already run rentals. Is this course for me?
Probably not. is a 12-week programme built for people already running rentals.
